01Do you need to transfer my domain to NOBE?+
Usually, no. Your domain should remain registered in your name. We work through secure administrator access and only recommend a registrar move when it creates a clear operational benefit.
02Will my existing website go offline while you rebuild it?+
No. For a controlled migration, the current website stays live while we build and test the new version privately. The public switch happens only after approval and final checks.
03What happens to our email when the website changes?+
Website hosting and business email are separate. We document the existing mail records and preserve them during the switch so a website launch does not become an email outage.
04Will we lose our Google visibility?+
A redesign does not need to erase existing search value. We crawl the current website, preserve important content and URLs where possible, and create permanent redirects where a URL changes.
05Can we update the new website ourselves?+
Yes. When regular editing is part of the brief, we connect a suitable content system and structure it around the tasks your team actually needs to perform.
06Who owns the finished website and accounts?+
The client owns the domain, business accounts and data. The agreed website work transfers according to the project contract and payment terms. NOBE retains only the access needed to support and improve it.
